Refunds are considered based on the nature of the service provided:

a. Consulting Services 

Due to the time, expertise, and personalized nature of our consulting services, all fees for completed consultations, strategy sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule a session, please get in touch with us at info@byondconsulting.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

b. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

  • If we offer digital resources (such as guides, templates, or assessments), all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for digital products due to their immediate access nature.

c. Subscription-Based Services

  • For clients enrolled in ongoing consulting packages or membership services:

  • Cancellations must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Partial refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a subscription.

2. Exceptional Refund Considerations

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or billed for services you did not receive, please contact us immediately.

  • Service Delivery Issues: If we fail to deliver a service as outlined in our agreement, we will work to resolve the issue or, in rare cases, provide a refund.

4. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

  • Once your refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within  7–10 business days.

  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations without proper notice.

  • Dissatisfaction with consulting insights or strategies after services have been rendered.

  • Failure to use purchased services or digital resources.

  • Refund requests beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.
